Lambayeque,
The Moche Kingdoms |

According to a legend of ancient times, landed on the beaches a large fleet of strange rafts manned by a brilliant cortege of foreign warriors, leaded by a man named Naylamp who founded the Moche civilization. After Moche came the Chimu culture defeated by the Empire of Incas until the arrival of the Spanish. The region is full of archaeological sites as Sipan, Sican, Huaca Chotuna, Tucume Pyramids, and many more under actual studies.
